One of my former coworkers in Jacksonville invented this potato soup recipe that is to really. really good.
Cindy cooked it again this week and I posted this picture on facebook.
Several friends asked for the recipe so I decided to post it on my blog -

"Kelly's Potato Soup"
INGREDIENTS:
2 ONIONS
GARLIC CLOVES (MINCED)
1 STICK BUTTER
POTATOES (APPROX 6 MEDIUM)
WATER
MILK (APPROX 2 CUPS)
1 LG & 1 SM TUB OF SOUR CREAM
CHICKEN BOUILLON (APPROX 4-6)
1 16OZ BAG BOW TIE PASTA
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE (A TON OF SALT)
GARLIC SALT TO TASTE (A LITTLE)
Saute your onions & garlic in butter
Add potatoes & cover with water (just above the
potatoes)
Add chicken bouillon – boil till tender about 20 mins (never
boil after this)
Turn stove to low-med & add milk & spoon in sour
cream (one spoon at a time to melt in soup)
Add salt & pepper
Cook your pasta separate and rinse in cold water before
adding to soup
***If too bland – add more salt and chicken bouillon
***If too thick – add more milk & water
***If too thin – add more sour cream or half-n-half
