Baggett Family Connection: Matthew is son of Cindy's Aunt Delores and the late Uncle Bo Franks: Uncle Bo was the brother of Mildred Franks Baggett of Pine Bluff, AR, so I think Uncle Bo would be "Great-Uncle Bo" to Cindy, etc.
