Today is Pearl Harbor Day.
On December 7, 1941, the Japanese surprise attack on the US Navy at Pearl Harbor took place. You can listen to audio interviews recorded on the streets of Washington, D.C., the day after the attack on Pearl Harbor. These audio files were stored at the Library of Congress for nearly sixty years.
