Photos from the museum at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL ...the park is named in honor of the Battle of Cantigny during World War I (read about it at this link ) This battle took place on May 18, 1918 and was the first offensive battle for the American troops. The first section of the museum is dedicated to that battle and WWI.
Many WWI tanks dot the grounds of Cantigny Park and the grands enjoyed climbing on them! It is a beautiful park!
