My favorite of all the carols is "The First Noel" . I read that "Noel" is usually defined as "carol" but is from the Latin word for "birthday".
I found this video posted on youtube of the recording from the 1960's by Percy Faith and His Orchestra with nice a slideshow of nature photos.
