Just for the record, we finally had snow about 10-11 PM Friday night, Jan, 23rd. 

So much for the 1-2 inches predicted! We got a dusting of snow - 

nothing to write home about!

Duke's Grayson Allen

Duke's Grayson Allen is making his mark on the team in his sophomore year.  After helping spark the team to come from behind and win the National Championship last year, he has taken on a leadership role with this year's team.  

This week Sports Illustrated Campus Rush published a very interesting story of Grayson and a childhood friend's bond -  growing up in Jacksonville, Florida.

This year we had Christmas Day 

at our house,

but with only one set of grandkids 

with us for Christmas Day! 

Notice the "Amazon" boxes under the tree - 

it seems we ordered 95 % of the gifts online this year.

It beats fighting the crowds at the mall, etc. 

We saw our PA grands at Thanksgiving, 

and our FL grands

came up Sunday night after Christmas.  

Our WI grands were

with us for Christmas Day this year!

 My mom finished her Occupational Therapy (OT) this past Friday. Her therapist brought her a balloon and card since she did such a good job!
