Another successful trip to find this year's Christmas tree in Wisconsin.  My son and his family had good weather for this hunt. Took a lot of work but they are ready to start the Christmas season now!  All they need now is some snow LOL 

 

Duke University Blue Devils advance to the championship game

Enjoyed watching Duke Basketball playing in the Phil Knight Legacy Tournament this week.  

They defeated Oregon State 54-51 Thursday 11/24 and defeated Xavier Univ on Friday 11/25  71-64 to proceed to the championship game on Sunday afternoon.  They will face Purdue a 3:30 pm.

Our older three amigos (grandsons)  are all teenagers now - they turned 13 on July 9th(Ethan) October 7th (Layton) and October 8th (Charlie)

Our grandson Layton turned 13 on Friday October 7th.  We enjoyed celebrating with him this year! He had steak and salmon grilled by his dad on Thursday and first time to try crab legs on Saturday at Red Lobster.  He also was able to join his sister on the field for pregame and in the stands for the first quarter of Friday night's football game!
